Breakfast and the staff serving were the best part of my stay there for 6 days.
However, rooms and housekeeping and upholstery will make you feel like you are living in a 2 or 3 property and NOT 5 star quality at all. Housekeeping staff was too slow to respond. I literally had to make noise to get them to clean and tidy up properly. The crockery in the kitchenette was dirty, I didn't dare use it. The couch looked dirty and disfigured of sorts with gap in between. The chairs had spots on them.
The only saving grace - the gorgeous view of the lake and greenery around. Just for breakfast, staff at the breakfast and view am giving 3 stars, other wise everything else was below average.

Experience could have been much better. the service was delayed and erratic. even simple thing like newspaper, even though filled in the form whilst checking in, was not provided. restaurant requires huge improvement in terms of service management. the staff looks lost. lack of basic cutlery and has to be asked for multiple times. rooms were decent. laundry service was prompt and on time.

It's about 20 min away from the airport. Guest room looks just fine. Yet, it's some smell which I'm not familiar with making me a bit headache. Overall, it's a good hotel.

The place is ok. Rates were ok.
More of spiritual than modern place.
Only one issue, You can only get hot water after 7:30 am.
Near by you can go for shopping,
Also very good restaurants for veg and non-veg.

You need to climb stairs which are difficult to climb specially for elders. Staff behaviour is good but to casual with guests.

Best budget hotel, very clean and tidy rooms, rooms are small but neat and clean. I will recommend this hotel to other also.... and not to forget it is very close to Mumbai International Airport...

I stayed there almost for 2 nights and 3 days in the first week of Feb 2019. Location is perfect. Very near to Marine Drive but Rooms are too small, you cannot even walk in the room. Also i felt cheated i booked one room for triple occupancy in which they provided a metric but it was impossible for us to use that. Rooms were too small that metrics cannot be adjusted. Staff seems immature but they were cooperative. No ventilation in room. They should close this property.

Small rooms size of a bed, good staff.
Rooms clean.
Common toilets, not so clean.
Price ok. 1000-1200 RS for double. 800Rs single.
Location great.
No noise from the street.
Only 3 stars because of the size.
I would recommand it for one night.
