Had worst and horrible experience on international vacation arranged by Big Trip. Poor service and mismanaged tour planning. Big Trip was unprofessional and irresponsible once we were in emergency in international location. DON'T SELECT BIG TRIP FOR VACATION.

Fantastic experience on my travel to Bangkok, Kualalumpur and Singapore through Quality Travel World ! It was a perfectly planned trip with the very good travel arrangements locally in all three cities! Absolutely PATHETIC Service, i booked them for a trip for Bali for a couple trip the staff 'Kamini' is Rude not at all helpful, the pick and drops from the airport were very late(we almost missed our flight) and when u call them the service is bad. the sightseeing options were not given the Driver provided could not understand english nor hindi we actually needed a translater every time for conveying anything, Overall the worst experince for all the 6 days plz plz plz do not use them its a Loot.
