I visited this salon in June to get my nails done. The place is beautiful, spacious and clean. The interior doesn’t look Asian at all. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive to the customers. They offer tea/coffee,ask whether you feel comfortable there. Sushil (my master’s name) was very careful and patient. The technique of the manicure is different from that one we have in Russia, so it took a bit long (3 hours with the removal of the gel instead of 1,5). The owner of the salon was also very welcoming and kind to take care of me going back home safely. Thanks a lot guys and good luck with your work ?

Pathetic customer service…when ur about to book an appointment they pick ur calls and respond nicely, and when you give feedback regarding the service, they ignore ur calls, I had booked for 6services, They had send a so-called expert who didnt do my waxing properly, and so she was in hurry.
After sending them images of the pathetic waxing done, they ignored my calls ,and argued. I would simply suggest u people go for Urban Company , They send you the best experts.
