Thi salon is a scam
I did keratin treatment here because the lady assured me that my curls will turn into wave
Which no other salon did
My 5000rs were wasted in this salon
As after the very next wash I had my curls back
The manager didn’t take any responsibiliy and said this was the only result I had told u
The products they use are also not good
All my friends tease me saying my 5000 are wasted and they truely are
Please don’t do any keratin treatment here
This was not only my complain but other customers complain also when i was in the salon I saw

Overall bad experience in getting appointment once you take their annual membership. I have membership through your MUMBAI prabhadevi
It is bad experience in getting appointments
Mostly appointments not available on Saturday and Sunday
At times when you call , they say no appointments available for same day but when you push them they agree to accommodate. Not sure why cant they give appointment without hassles.
Also on Sunday when men are free from office , they still keep only one barber till 1 pm or so. It is infortunate that no proper staff availability on Saturday and Sunday mornings as well
Overall disappointed with appointments non availability
