I was a regular customer..
one day it's very crowded so I was waiting but there is only two persons serving us..but there is lot of filling machine available & lot of workers just chatting with themselves + simply sitting there..doing nothing...they can help us to if they thought of us..but they did nothing..I even call someone to fill the petrol by other available machine but they simply refused to do..but it is there job to do that.. WORST customer service I ever experienced...& I simply went to nearby Indian oil petrol pump..& filled my tank in just 2 mins..

Employees are too arrogant. Day before yesterday had a bitter experience. Myself standing in queue with two wheeler in a peak hour along with my mom in back seat. After moving inch by inch nearing my turn one guy came after me and ask for petrol, they simply neglect me and get ready to pour that guy. After I get provoked and shouted its employee blame that I need to come forward. While I explained about my scenario he told to shut my mouth. Their colleagues also joined him instead of supporting me. Decided not to use this petrol bunk henceforth.
