We booked a tour of Darjeeling and Sikkim with Uniworld. Tushar handled it really well since the beginning. All the hotels were brilliant and we enjoyed alot just because he made the itinerary so thoughtfully. I would certainly recommend Uniworld to everyone and will myself book another one.

Fabulous service delivered by Inspired Backpackers during our last visit to Thailand. Special thanks to Mr. Ghosh as tour manager - his professional and caring attitude, vast knowledge about the places and people handling management were excellent. In the Thai trip, they covered all the places they assured. Specially Sky dinner was awesome. Island trips and Safari World were great. I am going to plan our next trip to Malaysia with these guys. Avoid at any point of time for any kind of tour. They are basically road side booking agent not the tour operator. They can ruined your entire holiday by their substandard hotel and arrangement. Initially they will promise hell lot of thing but at the end you will be in soup.

This travel agent is like a fraud. I booked it in November but it engaged in entering the people who booked in January in more prices. I checked out hotel at 11 am when I booked him. 1hour I spent on reception with my family with a small baby. He is not picking my phone.i told him I have more language coz I'm coming from sunderban tour of 5 days but he sent a small car at 1pm while I have booked it at 11 am. Most scary experience in my life. Chaurasia don't have any cab it is only a mediator. Never book with this agent. All his commitments are false.
