One of the worst stays. It smelt like Bagon (cockroach killer) in my room. And it was a very strong smell. I asked them to change the room but they said hotel is full and it can't be done. Neither rooms weren't clean nor quilt. Won't recommend to any one.

Overall experience was good... There were a few goof ups by both the management side in the arrangements as well as from the driver's end. But managed to provide alternative workable solutions. So service levels were good and commendable.
Thanks to Celina and Subhash ji for making the trip memorable.

guest forgot the headphones at the hotel and then guest sent a person back to find it but staff said that it was not found in the room cs did not resolve the issue

Staff were friendly. And the place is couple friendly too. Just be careful to lock the door when you are inside because others guests or staff can come inside without knocking or knock after they come inside.

Nice location. Very good staff. If you're looking for budget stay, then look no further. The nearby area gives you a picture of true Kolkata. Stayed here for 2 days with my friends and it was quite memorable. Bathrooms could have been better though. The complimentary breakfast was also quite nice. Loved it here.

May have been good in the past but not today. Poor maintenance. Hole & oil-spot ridden bed sheets Peeling wallpapers and falling curtains. Seepage in most room. Some are even without a window.
May be good for someone who can do without these basics.

I didn't get my complimentary breakfast which was included in my pack. I had to rs 70 for two cups of tea. Otherwise is was a good experience.
