Very bad service. The assistant manager and the credit card division are providing misinformation. They would do anything to get your money invested. But when it comes to service, they are pure amateurs. Nobody knows anything, everyone refers to someone else. They even forget about your applications. and when you get back to then, they tell you ;I don't know what is happening'. Appalling service. Irresponsible staff. Don't know how such people could be on the payroll of such a reputed bank.

Huge harrasment in withdrawal of cash. Today my son visited ultadanga branch to withdraw cash but they have denied and said me (about 60 years old) to visit bank. There is already two signatures one on front and one in back side of cheque but manager said one more signature.
I have complied what said by manager. I think only favourable persons can withdraw cash easily as and when required. I am planning to switch other bank like hdfc etc after march ending.
