Huge harrasment in withdrawal of cash. Today my son visited ultadanga branch to withdraw cash but they have denied and said me (about 60 years old) to visit bank. There is already two signatures one on front and one in back side of cheque but manager said one more signature.
I have complied what said by manager. I think only favourable persons can withdraw cash easily as and when required. I am planning to switch other bank like hdfc etc after march ending.

Customer service will vary from time to time and person to person. My experience however was splendid. The branch manager himself took initiative and got the minor issue resolved within a couple of minutes.
