Service and support of spares is too bad. I have bought a Toto WC couple of years ago and ever since have trouble fixing a leakage in it. Have changed parts at additional cost multiple times only to get a temporary solution every few months. I had to dispose a shower closet due to unavailability of spares to fix an electronic problem which disabled functionality of the unit.

Too high prices
Collection is very good but you can get that collection from other shops as well but they might not have fancy display
I bought a wash basin earlier in another shop and compared the price with this. and the price they quotes is more than double. With a same company wash basin and same model too..
