This is a builder who takes their customers for a nice ride. Charges the customers 24% interest per year for delayed payment right from the day of the email sent for disbursement request. Do they have any sense. How could the customer disburse the amount immediately after request. Dont they know that bank takes their own time. False promises during selling. Club house isnt complete even now. quality is substandard. Small time builders are better than these money sucking people.

They promise at beginning so many things once the registration is completed you need to run back of them to get promises fulfilled, You will later realize like you paid money and you're begging them to get promises fulfilled.
Cons:
1. No generator back up in dammaiguda appartment
2. No manjeera connection to individual flats.
But funny fact is you paid amount for amenities but still they won't fix it.
Please pay half amount once they fulfilled their promises then pay full amount don't fall in honey trap
