One of the worst ever service. They made us to take the delivery in two wheeler since we returned a box of tile saying that transportation cannot be provided. The tile they gave were almost 4 broken in six piece. The manager guy sitting there doesn't care about the customer once the payment is made. They treat so cheaply once the product goes out from their shop. They have their own rules charging extra for the return product. I won't suggest anyone to go to VSP ceramics. Worst experience. Though we purchased for one lakh plus.
