Staff is surely courteous. They’ve wide range of frames. Owner is knowledgable too. However they lack proper advice on nose bridges and eyeball gaps etc. That could make them a true game changer.

I picked up a frame for 5K from display which had corroded side bars but was a good design, i made explicit remarks to pick a non damaged fresh pair of frames before they fit the lenses. a week later when i picked up the glasses it was on the corroded frames, i had paid the costs in full and the sales guy tried to convince me that the corrosion is not damage but design, which was hilarious, i refused to take delivery at which the store manager offered to fix it. i'm paying a second visit tomorrow and i will update this review with the outcome, but its an unsettling feeling of having walked into a trap of having an idiot for a sales rep.
