One of the worst places to get specs done. They don't know how to test the power properly. The lady near the testing equipment didn't even know that changing angles will.make the specs blurry! I had placed an order. They didn't make it with proper IPD even after taking the IPD. When I am not able to figure out letters using the specs, they said our power is correct and maybe your eyes are not able to adapt. Didn't even see the IPD difference without escalation! I have visited the the place 4 times just to get one pair done correctly. They don't even cancel the order to refund me the amount. I wish google had negative stars to give!

Patient care is very good and quick.
The pharmacist was the highlight for me, she clearly explained how to use the medication and even said when to discard it(which is very important in the case of ophthalmics).
She didn't dispense the meds without the prescription even though the pharmacy in in the hospital itself, this is professionalism at its peak.
I'm impressed. Thank you.
