Vaccination to my parents was scheduled on April-5 and was also vaccinated, but an acknowledgement for the confirmation was not provided. When asked the hospital officials told that acknowledgement will not be provided but will get a message for confirmation. Till now there is no there is no message for confirmation. How to know if they have been vaccinated or not?

I got appointment for Covishield vaccination on May 20, 2021 at your hospital. The appointment has suddenly been cancelled without any alternative date. I got 1st vaccination on March 29. 2021. Now I don't get any slot anywhere and I am in great distess. I am 77 yrs old person. Is this the way your hospital treats old people like me?
