Doctor and receptionist is arrogant. They don't know how to talk to patient's parents. We went to see our 1.5 month baby the receptionist kept on saying everytime 20 mins more. We have wasted around 40-45 mins there waiting for our turn and upon requesting to allow because of small baby doctor and receptionist didn't allow. Very unprofessional behaviour.
