I am doing Maestro in cake shaping here. All chefs are well trained, experienced and very cooperative. Day by day I have been learning a lot on cakes, starting from basics to advance level of cake decoration, proper costing, practical as well as theoretical knowledge too. I truely recommend all to come and join this Institute who wants to go a long ahead in his baking career with proper knowledge and guidance of these wonderful chefs here.
