1. Uncomfortable Seating
2. Noisy sound system (even though they don't decrease the volume when you tell them to) some times you don't hear your own voice.
3. powder textured icecreams
4. not so hygiene (I got a house fly in fruit salad and an ant in an icecream)
5. irrespective attitude of staff when you comply anything.
verdict: I visited the store around 20+ times.. I found an ant and a housefly during my time. I don't judge, but its depends on your intrinte.

At first the milkshakes were nice,
But now somehow while drinking the milkshakes it smells a little bit as milk and the shake flavour disappears and that milk taste comes in between.
I think the quality of products has been decreased.
