Difficult to find out from the normal traffic as it's located in some inner streets. Quick and quality response from the staff and premises is well maintained. Have ample inner place to wait when there's a huge crowd.

I subscribed 2800 telugu pack for 6 months, telugu news channels are not coming and few telugu channels are also not coming, I complained so many times but not responding, I raised request in tata sky what's app.

Idea staff are good. Recd unnecessary msgs on daily basis in the past 2 weeks saying my SIM needs to be changed to 4G as it is still 3G to get better services. Went to MVP store in Vizag sometime back. They said it's already 4G so ignore the msgs. Msgs continued and my phone is not showing LTE. So visited Dwarakanagar store today. Same story SIM is 4G so ignore msgs. Why send messages to change SIM. Bad service by idea/vodaphone.
