The worst kind of service provider in my experience. When I purchased a washing machine I was promised for installation by next day 01:00 pm. But the next day I got a reply that installation will be done by 06:00 pm. Very irresponsible and insensible service. Even after my request they could have told me about the delayed installation. My whole day was wasted purposefully. I will never recommend anyone for your services.

Worsttttttt service!! Never buy IFB..no after sales support..it's been months I complained about my washing machine not functioning properly...warranty is still there..
The service boy is worst..no technical knowledge at all..he said it needs a spare part..which it has almost been more than a month!!
I should give "0" stars to them..
Branch phone number is completely switched off and the service boy is continuously rejecting the calls..worsttttttt service..veryyy pathetic
