Bad staff like literally bad, idk if it was due to the pandemic or not but they were rude and coming to main topic even Dr Shripad Kanekar was rude, he didn't let me explain my diagnosis history and used bad language aswell and I was really frustrating. Coming to last point, yes they charge a lot money a lot. Thus was my personal experience.

Too harsh with his words. Just for changing the appointment date the person shouted as if I am taking a free treatment at his clinic.
Giving a appointment time means there should be minimum number of people at the same time and not a group of 5 - 6 people and everyone has work to do none of us are born to do timepass as you said.
I understand the respect for the title Dr. but that does not mean you can use it for talking arrogantly.
The clinic is good with all the amenities for physiotherapy, but my experience was not good.
