Horrible communication skills. I called up the clinic to know the status of timings due to COVID and the receptionist picked up, spoke something quickly for 5 seconds max before she cut the line. Unable to understand I called again and a person cannot get more rude than that. She said how can I not understand things. Still she did not bother to tell me whether the clinic is open. I was travelling from far and it was important for me to know the timings.
