I consulted Ms Roshan Loped in the year 2014. I was overweight post delivery of my second child. I had my hectic schedule due to which I couldn't even think of taking time out for exercise in a day .
I received very comfortable plan from Ms Roshan and followed it honestly. I reduced 8kg in 4 months and gained lot of confidence.

I joined diet ,& u for weight loss.Initially I thought it won't be much effective as i can't resist my hunger.but when i started with diet plan i never felt hungry.the diet plans are very easy to follow and r very effective .feeling light and happy as i am reducing my weight ..the diet is really very healthy.
