Worst customer service. Your gold is not secure here. so, I strongly recommended don’t keep your jewellery in this branch. After 3 days of closing my gold loan they not giving me jewellery back. Whenever I visited to collect my gold in this branch. They said: “Sir there is an OTP issue, we do not receive OTP from Delhi. please wait” and sitting me for 6 hours. After that when the official closing time nearest they said “Sir, please come tomorrow”.

Space is not available if 20 to 30 people comes in. But staff is cooperative and behaves well. Security is not as per the standard, only one security guard is available inside the bank and he is always busy with helping people rather than guarding?. Parking is available but only 3 to 4 motor bikes can be parked at a time.

This bank is a fraud which thugs people by misinformation and deception during the loan process. I paid 14000 rupees as processing fees and later got informed that the employee handling your case had left the job so we weren't up to date regarding you case,so i was asked to further pay an amount of 5000 rupees and my processing fees has not yet been refunded.

very slow process have to visit thrice to update some document.when i visited recently my umbrella got lost from the bank within 5 min and when i asked the watchmen he had no answer because he was simultaneously working as peon also(that means shortage of staff,one employees is attending five to six account holder's at a time) .I have accounts in other banks also i have never faced such issue's.....service is okay but my experience was worst.
