Today I bought a pair of Undergarments and a 2 pairs of lower, the billing staff was talking on phone and didn't told me about the new exchange policy that they will not exchange the under garments, after 2-3 hours I came back to exchange it with a t shirt I saw earlier and then I was informed that the exchange, and then after 15 mins of quarrel and misbehaviour from staff, I decided to give this review on the comment register and here on google, and I would suggest you to be informed as they are not cooperative.

Worst baby product shop in varanasi.I was a regular customer to them and had purchased numbers of product from this shop multiple times coz its near to my home,But the lady at the shop she is highly unprofessional and rude.my husband got one stell baby bottle from their store he didnt checked it when i opened it when he was home it was defective.the bottle bottom cover was detached ,when my husband tried to return the product they declined saying you must hav handled it carelessly.
They did not returned it
They shamelessly kept the product
Didnt Returned a single penny
Nor advised any kind of complain registration
Worst shop ever
Would highly say dont purchase any product from them

The service was really very good and I was satisfied from the store, I don't know much about this place but it was a good experience buying product from there but there was no discounts as many stores offer. Actually it was a sweatshirt which I have buyed And it's true jockey exclusive store where you can find every product you could be wishing from Jockey and they provide men and women apparel both.

Amicable & cooperative staff and stunning collection which will confuse you what to choose dor your little one, highly impressed with store and its collection. Things to do when in store- Do check the toy section , some good toys and baby gear especially car, bikes n bicycles. Good clothing section for new born n kids of age 5-7 years. All leading brand for lill one , confuse to choose one from many!!!

I ordered online from their website for the first time and the product I received is exactly as displayed/shown in the picture. I am in love with their products, material quality is quite satiesfactory too. Many color options available, all the rare and sweet colours like peach? Coral , sea green etc are available. Just bring some more collection in turquoise blue/green colours. And make the free pick up facility for return available, so we can order more hassle free. Also there should be some personalised discounts/ or special occasion discounts. But one thing they need to improve is their customer service. Waiting time.
