Worst experience.
Staff are not helping at all. They don't reply to any of your query.
Doctor name on report is of some woman but diagnosis is done by male member that means he must be assistant.
Even they asked for my earlier report of Ultrasound so that they can copy form earlier reports.
Even so called doctor if he really was a doctor was not replying to any queries.
It is better to go for some better diagnostic centre like Prakash diagnostic & Varanasi diagnostic where cost is also similarl but diagnosis is good.

If you don't love your love ones then only admit in this hospital, doctors are not caring they only come for 1-2 minutes, and they don't check properly,

I got my mother CABG surgery by Dr. Mohit saxena even she is a diabetic since 10 years. My father thought was to fly her Delhi in R.R.hospital OR Medanta for the surgery. But due to the prevalent COVID-19?? situation my mother suggested to get it done near my native place which happens to be varanasi.
The surgery went well and now my mother is recovering fast, all thanks to Dr. Mohit saxena.

Even being a doctor... I do not recommend this hospital to anyone... This is a branch of the (big) Popular hospital... & is as pathetic as the big one... All the staffs are money-minded whom I don't blame as they have instructions from the superior... Even after you give them money (in lacs in advance) no one is there to take care of your dear ones... please STAY AWAY from this hospital
