Worst travel agent ever encountered. They just ruined my 6n 7d Darjeeling Lachen Lachung Gangtok plan.
Please I personally recommend not to choose them for travel plan.
Seriously complete headache traveling with Skyline.
Cab didn't came in time at all, after several follow ups.
Shown some hotel and shifted to very cheap lodge in Lachen, dharamshala kind of place, very cheap.
Cab gets changed every day. Complete nightmare.
Will not recommend anyone in my personal and professional circle to choose them as Travel Agents.

I came in vanarassi for 3 days and i called a guide to make an heritage tour of the holy city. I got on a boat on the holy gange and made the tour of the city. Ravi know the city very well almost like the back of his hand. He took me too the main places and also in hidden places that only the native can know. I highly recommend him

must go for a boat ride in ganga, select any type of boat big bajara, small conventional boat or moter boat. reasonable price for the ride and spectacular views for the river. If you come to Varanasi and don't go for boating really you have seen nothing..
