First of all, The location pointed on Google is wrong. The Bank is situated in Sheetal Complex which is between The Tridev Temple, Durgakund and Saket Nagar Petrol Pump.
The staff seemed very friendly and didn't delay in any services I asked for. There isn't much rush due to Covid-19 nowadays. It is suggested to visit before 11-11:30 am.
Also the gender ratio of the branch employees is amazing. With female workers exceeding the count of male workers.

ये एक दलाल कंपनी है जो कि भोले भाले लोगों को अपने जाल में फँसा के उनसे अन्य कंपनियों में बीमा करवाती है काशी में प्रायः पेट्रोल पम्प शॉपिंग मॉल इत्यादि स्थानों पर इनके दलाल कुछ कूपन बाँटते देखे जाते है जो कि कहतें है कि कोई लकी ड्रा है उसमें आपका नाम आएगा तो आपको बुलाया जाएगा फिर ये सपरिवार असपको आमंत्रित कर के उन्हें लोकलुभावन और अन्य बहुत सारी सुविधाएं बता कर उनसे बीमा करवातें है फिर उस व्यक्ति से इनका कोई मतलब नही अतः मैं भारतवासियों एवं विशेष रूप से काशी वासियों से अनुरोध करता हूँ कि सावधन रहें और ऐसे दलालो/कंपनियों से बच के रहे तथा इनका बहिष्कार करें । मैं स्वयं इनके जाल में फंसा हूँ इसलिए आपलोगों को सावधान कर रहा हूँ ।

Very bad service I need Indian cash but I am sitting more then one hour there is a no other customer four employee working there still two days pas but our cheque not canceled I am not received our cash I requested to other people don’t go there
