He is not trustworthy. Initially he will talk goody-goody. Once you paid amount he will change immediately.

My friend and me had shown 100% trust. He bluffed us.
He will take amount and ask to sign on contract with less amount. Contract will be fully onesided. Don't sign any contract blindly as I did.
