એકદમ સરસ પાર્ટી હોલ છે.
ખૂબસ સરસ ડેકોરેશન, ખુબજ મોટી જગ્યા, ખુબજ સરસ ગાર્ડન પણ છે.
મેરેજ, બર્થડે પાર્ટી, રીસેપ્શન, સીમત જેવા અનેક કાર્યક્રમો માટે સારો પાર્ટી હોલ છે.
સ્વચ્છ, સુંદર અને રાણીયામણિ જગ્યા છે.
પૈસા વસુલ જગ્યા છે.

Now Kundan, we knew it as OAT (open air theater) have seen a lot of movies here in our childhood, and all our school annual day celebrations done here, have nostalgic attachment with this place, now its renovated and given a nice modern look.

Facility - Well suited for a 300-400 guests, the food area is outside which makes it easier to manage crowd during lunch hours. Main hall is well maintained, rest of the area does need some up keep and looks shabby.
Decoration. - Found the decoration generally fine without a lot of frills
Food - Hygienic food with ok taste the caterer was no one the top ones, wedding I had attended had average menu, do cannot say much about the higher menu options
Parking - Hall is situated on a corner, the lane of the hall does not have enough parking space, the main road does have empty spots which can be used for parking if you dont mind walking a bit.

Good place for Conducting Ceremonies. It is a Patel community hall. Can easily accommodate more than 500 people.as it has capacity on ground floor and overlooking first floor. 2 stars less for lack of Maintenance routine as the property needs repairs.
Patel community has to do something for it.

Good Parking space, A hall with AC, Fall Ceilings and Lights, vitrified tiles. I visited this hall two times. They charge reasonably Low than other halls. Consider this for Engagements, exhibitions, Live shows and other small get togethers with 350-400 px Capacity.

Best place for learning horsing riding on very nominal fee at early in the morning. Big ground but there is limited are restricted for horse riding.
Must visit and learn.
