Great selection of frames and lot of options for lenses, explained to you. Ordered my first pair of spectacles here last year after looking in a variety of stores in Manipal and Udupi.
The lenses for my eye power were not available online. This store ordered it for me without any problem. I did not know to use and care for lenses. It was explained and demonstrated to me very well.
The owner and staff are patient and courteous. I did not feel rushed to order or choose. I took my time and there was no pressure.
I have bought two more pairs of glasses, one year later and I am very happy with them.
I recommend this place to everyone!

It does not deserve any star. I had to go 5 times to the shop to get their mistake rectified again and again since I got my specks. And the owner is not ready to take the responsibility to even apologise for customer's inconvinience.
