It’s been two months since I enrolled here…no matter how stressed I am I always feel better and relaxed after the session. The trainers here are well trained, they give you personal attention and always motivates you and challenges you for more. Try once if you really wanna go for yoga and mediation.

The staff is great and the quality of what they are teaching is fantastic. The teachers and management is incredibly knowledgeable. I am truly amazed at how they are able to observe and improve our alignment through various postures with such finesse even in an online course ! The courses are highly interactive and fun. I can already see a tremendous difference in my mental and physical health in less than a month! The courses and timings are also well suited for international audience.

Best thing is the flexibility of timing that it offers. Early morning fitness possible for us which is not available in other gyms in Udaipur. Staff and trainers are also very supportive and help with the work out. Especially Kuldeep being my personal trainer gives a lot of focus and makes me stretch the way I could never think of. Lost 10 kgs in last 4.5 months.

Dynamic is a place where actual i got to know the meaning of yoga.I joined a month ago because i was suffering from many health issues so as i joined sessions day by day i felt many changes i become active and energetic my sleep problems were no more and many such issues wer me getting cured so i realy must suggest people to join this place and get healthy and fit day by day !??

This one… is the ONE. I started my yoga sessions with Seethu as soon as I found out I was pregnant and it was one of the best decisions ever. The energy & attention to detail she brings to each session is unmatched. She helped me build physical & mental confidence as well as strength when I needed it the most.
