Mujhe dono ghutno me dard tha.
Kayi saalon se. Dard nivarak davaiyan khane se kuch der ka aaram milta tha. Fir badh jaata.
Dheere dheere dard pindali / calf muscles aur ankle tak rehne laga.
Bahut pain tha. Kafi pareshan thi.
Dr gaurav ko milkar unka laser aur tecar therapy ka ilaj liya.
Aaj me Bilkul thek hu.
2-3 km roj walk karti hu. Koi dard nahi h.
Aap bhi ghutno me gathiya me liye inka ilaj lein.
