Ambiance is excellent. In spite of the less serving qty the food is tasty. A bit on the expensive side, the Menu quotes lesser rates than their billing software, do check your receipts :)

Not professional at all. Need training. Staff are keeping food seperately for them (or for their managers) while the function is still on. Atleast do it by hiding when function is on or take the full food once the function is done .

One of the best convention center in Trivandrum. The facilities and building planning is excellent, easy to manage a huge crowd with proper directions. Good parking facility, Neat surroundings both interior and exterior, spacious dining hall, well managed and well organized.

Loved the stay at the hotel. The place is really nice. Even though I was told there was shortage of staff due to the covid situation they all responded well. Even though the breakfast was complimentary (Buffett) I felt like they could could brought something different to the table. Every day it was idli, poori and oothappam and bread. Here in kerala there are a variety of food made for breakfast , so I wished they could have done something different. I felt like the stay in room was nice.. but I didn't feel the same about their restaurant.

Nice place to conduct a small level function. Can easily accommodate 100 to 150 people. Very close to the heart of the city. No parking area inside the campus but you can park at roadside. The walls are well decorated with the pictures of eminent personalities of Kerala history.
