Very bad service . We have lay over at 14 hours . Not provide the room / food . The counter staff is behaving rudely (mr.Shenad) He don't no how to speak the guest. Y u will not provide the liquors in the flight only apple juice is providing... noth worth for money

I used to book a ticket form tvm to kozhikode... from red bus in A1 travels and they allouted seat no 23 after enquiry they said it is booked by another person and they allout me seat no 14 .... after some time another person used to come to me and said it is her seat.... what is this???? Its a conformed reservation from red bus . And what is happening???? No assosiate is inside the bus only driver. No security . A bad experience ?
