Very caring owner and staff, not business oriented like most chain stores.
My dog didn’t get even a little anxious when I took him there for bath and trimming. He had a skin infection at that time and they took appropriate precautions for it too. Would definitely recommend going there.
They also have at least 10-15% discount on all products through out the year.

I have used 3 products. 1.The Healing Balm is so so natural and it really nourishes the paws of my dog. 2.The Deodorising Detangling spray is excellent. It makes the fur very soft, shiny, and fresh. 3. The four in one shampoo and conditioner is also the best, it does repair the damaged skin of my dog.
