It was really helpfull. I was very scared of attending as I kept thinking what if someone judges me. However, i wasn't judged but instead they supported and encouraged me. I think it is a very beneficial supporting group if you are facing anxiety or depression or even any problems at home, work or school.

Recently, I did an internship at Manoshuddhi clinic under Dr.Nisarg Shah which was a delightful experience.
