A very good commercial building build by Galani builders. Situated on Varachha main Road. Prime location easily accessible and noticable from the road. Can get space for every type of businesses like Shops, offices, Hospital and many other things.
Exterior look is mind blowing. Basement parking available but not enough. Need improvement in maintenance and security services.

5 ? Property. One must visit the place before buying flat in adajan, pal, palanpur Surat. They make dream home. Just visit the site and check the quality they provide, that's awesome. 2 flats of each floor, both side view, high class sanitary, best flooring, digital door locking. This place is literally a centre for education! Haha, it's because there are many JEE, NEET, IELTS, GPSC, UPSC coaching classes. There is a grocery store, a few salons, homeopathic clinics and more! The building has a Basement 1 and a Basement 2. Many shops in the building are closed because this place is not popular yet.

This is one of the best Historical place with commercial area. Previously Area was full of Parsi community before 50 yrs one room alloted for news paper reading call library and still it is going. Lovely place to visit.
