This place was listed as authorized Crompton fan dealers. When asked for a particular model over call, they said it was available. Once going there to buy that product, they denied having the product and also said that the product wasn't meant to be sold to general consumer and that only government bodies can purchase it. Why cooking up such stories? Just inform the customer that you don't have the product in stock. Really disappointing.
