अतिशय वाईट अनुभव मला शिवबाबा ट्रॅव्हल्स बाबत आज मला आला. एकतर दुपारी 5.00 वा. सुटणारी गाडी सोलापूर हुन 8.30 वा सुटली. तसेच ती शिवबाबा ट्रॅव्हल ची नसून ती सूर्या ट्रॅव्हल्स ची होती. तिचाही प्रॉब्लेम होता. ती गाडी हत्तीद च्या मागे निसर्ग हॉटेल समोर थांबवून ड्राइवर क्लीनर सर्व फरार होते. सर्वांचे फोन लावले कोणीही फोन उचलत नव्हते. अगदी शिवबाबा ट्रॅव्हल्स सोलापूर येथेही फोन उचलला नाही. खरे तर हे योग्य नाही या बाबत आपल्यावर का ग्राहक न्यायालयात जाऊ नये. या बाबत खुलासा व्हावा. कारण नसताना रात्रभर एखाद्या नवख्या ठिकाणी अशी गाडी थांबवणे योग्य नाही हे जर अस्या ट्रॅव्हल्स लोकांना समजत नसेल तर काय. यावर आपण एक App कर्ता म्हणून प्रत्यक्ष बोलावे.
