I had an tele appointment with Dr Niteen Dhepe on 1st May between 2 and 3 pm. However at 4.30 pm I received a message that the tele appointment has been postponed to 2nd May between 11.00 am and 1 om. Finally I cud talk to the doctor at abt 5.30 pm and he has advised various treatments for my keloid and has suggested to opt for an Yerarly package and has assured to send shortly.
However till date I.e. 13 th May o hv not relieved the package details inspite of my reminding to his other doctor Dr. Shebang..
Very sad...

This is pravin. My ref no is 16265. I went to hospital for checking number of eye. I took case paper and went to (14 division number). But in (14 division number) sir directly wrote eye number on my card without Checking eye. Then I asked him how can write eye number without checking eye. Then he talking me very rudely after I asked him name because doing complaint (which is age between 50_60). But he didn't told me name. I feel like beggar. Don't go there because very pathetic service proving there.
