I had a terrific experience visiting Dr. Gauri's Skin & Hair Clinic. It wonderful, bright, clean, and has very pleasant staff that greet you. She was incredibly friendly and super helpful with two issues I've been struggling with. I've had problems with acne and hairfall and no-one has really explained the best ways for me to manage these frustrating conditions. Dr. Gauri spent considerable time with me, answered all my questions and made me feel more comfortable. More importantly, my skin is looking really good now and I feel way better about myself. I am really happy with her as my doctor and this clinic was such a pleasure to visit.

Very poor experience with Dr Bhavik. He don't give importance to people time. His approach and attitude does not match with a good doctor. He purposely delayed in making discharge summary by 7 hours because I did not agree for a costly test suggested by him. Due to this delay I could take my patient out after 10pm even without insurance claim. Colonoscopy test was done on Saturday but report was not ready even on Monday evening and I was asked to send report by mail.

Doctors are good...but management staff are very bed....they don't serve food to patients on time...even after complaining ...very slow service...when patient ask for water ..they serve after one hour ...very disappointed with the hotel management....really bed service....if this continues for a long time then I think people won't go to this hospital, if they have option
