The services were good. One humble suggestion for the first time goers, do not waste your time inquiring much regarding your work with the security guards and the staff at the counter if you already know what to do and whom to meet. Most of the time they are clueless. Parking space for bikes is available. Staff inside the building is courteous.

This is a well furnished Airtel store but the staff members are very less, need expert staff who are quick to solve the problem instead of being lazy and slowly doing the work.
This store is in exact same shop where once Tata Docomo used to be ( 3 to 4 years back)
But more work is needed in this store (regarding customer experience ).

Worst service ever.
I visited and paid 278 for recharge they took money but forget to recharge.
then i again visited after one week then they said it will happened in next 10 minutes and we asked for contact number now because we dont want to visit again. but they refused to share. we come back after some discussion. they made recharge but not for what i paid they did recharge of 248 instead for our required plan.
Never want to visit again, dont want to waste my money, time and efforts.
