Buses condition is bad and kabaad. Speecially on indore root. Arrogant staff and behaviour. Bus no. MP 04 PA 3256 bus ac is por quality. Above all the bus body has leakage below sleeper mattress so hot air coming to matteress.
Staff was so arrogant that they were complaint to anyone we don't care
Please do not book any tickets in verma travle buses.

Worst traveling agency at present in jagdalpur -raipur route. The buses are at bad conditions, even the bus attendants are rude. They will take the bus to places according to their convenience and you will be late or asked to get off the bus mid-way and take cab for the pre-decided location. So not happy worst experience

1. The staff response is good.
2. Safe-keeping of luggage is available at their counter if you want to go outside for sometime.
3. I have travelled from Raipur to Jeypore. Pre-booking over phone is available. Sleeper bus (Payal) quality was good.
