Very satisfied. They apply cold packs after eyebrow and upper lip threading to soothe the skin. Also ice cubes and aloe Vera gel after waxing which is good for sensitive skin like mine. Also they are using disposable gowns for every customer. Which is very hygienic specially during such corona times. Happy with their service.

The staff is not reliable at all. Charges are also hight according to their services provided. I asked the charges for upperlips by wax, one of their staff told me Rs.15, I confirmed this amount twice, but after providing the service they charged rs.50 from me. I personally will not refer for going to this beauty parlour.
