Very satisfied. They apply cold packs after eyebrow and upper lip threading to soothe the skin. Also ice cubes and aloe Vera gel after waxing which is good for sensitive skin like mine. Also they are using disposable gowns for every customer. Which is very hygienic specially during such corona times. Happy with their service.

My first spa experience in raipur. Excellent ambience, big rooms with attached bathrooms, professional therapist. A worthy place to spend ur money and relax.
Additionally i would love to say my meassure was Linda from Aiswal. A sweet & interactive girl who made sure to relieve my body pain as well as providing comfort to me.

Had a very bad experience today towel they gave was very bad in condition ...it was good only to throw. Second towel they gave was smelling very bad. Had complained the came at front desk but got no reaction.

The staff is not reliable at all. Charges are also hight according to their services provided. I asked the charges for upperlips by wax, one of their staff told me Rs.15, I confirmed this amount twice, but after providing the service they charged rs.50 from me. I personally will not refer for going to this beauty parlour.
