My reason for giving 2 star is not coz they didn't provide or were late in giving me the response. But coz the team they sent for my problem were not upto the mark and they chnged a part which was not at all needed to be chnged but as I wasn't having the knowledge at tht particular time I had to agree to wht they suggested. And funny thing they charged me even for the visit even aftr me letting them fix the problem. As much as I knw visiting charges are liable only if I dnt let them do my work and jus pay them and they leave. Anyhow the experience wasn't remarkable.
