Called yesterday due to my refrigerator not getting cold, they came today. Within 30 min they diagnosed and fixed my fridge. I thought about just buying a new stainless steel refrigerator, but for the cost I didn’t mind paying just to diagnose. I was glad I made the call, a working refrigerator and money saved. Price was fair, I would have happily payed 4 times as much due to the money I’m saving repairing the unit vs. replacing. Already have plans for jb refrigeration to install a whole heater unit for the whole house.

I happen to bump up the site through Google maps for installation of wall mount for my TV. Never knew they provide professional service for all electronics related repair and service.. The representative who had carried out installation of wall TV mount is an expert at his profession and nevertheless is a good customer oriented person.

I called this company up and asked for a provision for my house. I wanted to greet him so asked him his name; he did not want to reveal that and wanted to get right to business. Quite odd but I continued to ask if he can visit home to let me know a good place to fit an AC. Straight away he told me 500 rs for visiting. This is a charge that was thrown at me for a place which is at walking distance. Very disappointing service even before it started.
Note to vendor: People pay for service and not attitude. Attitude sudharo and service sudhar jayegi !
