Very very bad experience, I m old customer of kotak mahindra bank, Just today went to get cash from ATM of kotak mahindra on lakshmi road unfortunately ATM only had 2000 rs notes , i wanted change hence I did withdrawal of 2000 rs and asked bank employee to give me change ,first he stated they don't have change, then I asked him this a bank and you don't have change of 2000 rs, he stated he will have to fill up form and procedure is long so he asked me to take Chang from shop besides the bank, WAS NOT EXPECTED, VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE

HDFC is a usually big bank and has many of ATM around but the HDFC atm here in baner has a cash deposit service which is not available nearby and this is the first drawback by the way the ATM is open 24*7 and has a good service and this ATM never runs out of cash, also this ATM has a good quality camera and AC here. Recently I visited this ATM for cash withdrawal and when I entered amount the ATM gave me a note which was already torn and I was not able to do anything as the timing was night and I was asked by security to visit the bank in the next morning. This issue should be solved as soon as possible and you too be aware when you withdraw cash from this ATM.

Bagwas experience hai maine online account open kiya uska ek pass book nhi mil rha hai.... Govt ruls me hai ki pass book must be important.... Maine online avcount open kiya hai.. Is liye nhi mil parha hai... 811 faltu hai fir... Kothrud wale branch me bola ki mil jayega.... Only kharadi aur sb road pr hi maujut hai utni dur se aaya hu fir mila kya baba ji sa thulu... Not happy.. Muje pass book chahiye..
