This was the first time i gave my Innova for servicing out of the company as i heard good reviews through a relative about "expert car care".
I was skeptical at first but then when I met umar and He explained me the issues after the test drive, I was confident he knows his job well.
He not only addressed the issues that were apparent, but also the ones which improved the performance and feel of the vehicle.
"I highly recommend" him for Innova and gonna try him more with the other cars and will update the review accordingly.

I've always sent my car for servicing to the BU Bhandari showroom at Wakad and had a great experience.
Sending it to this center was a mistake. The work done was very shabby and poor. Moreover they were just trying to sell me packages that I'd didn't need. I've not even been given a detailed invoice which is a basic thing to be handed over upon delivery. The car was not dried properly leaving the car damp and smelly.

Open shed workshop staff is not trained. When I asked how will you paint here without paint boot will have a lot of dust as it's a roadside shop, staff mentioned that's why we are offering low rates.

The team at Novel car care have good expertise on the basic technical requirements and have hands on experience on any car model. Great customer service, pickup drop and flexible approach.
My car had a morning idling problem which even the renault car service centre could not rectify for many years. Novel car care professional could solve it by his knowledge of the engine.
